Alan Chippindale brings over three decades of leadership and innovation to the promotional products and business development world. A member of Stran’s Board of Directors since November 2021, Alan has a proven track record of driving growth, fostering talent, and executing transformative strategies.

As President of Engage & Excel Enterprises Inc. since 2017, Alan has been at the forefront of employee recruitment and M&A consulting, empowering businesses to unlock their full potential. His tenure as Chief Business Development Officer and original CEO of BrandAlliance Inc. (2008–2017) solidified his reputation as a visionary leader in the promotional products industry. Before that, Alan served as President of Proforma Inc. (1987–2004), where he shaped one of the industry's most recognized brands.

Alan’s influence is far-reaching—he has been listed on the ASI Power 50 an impressive five times and has spearheaded over 100 business combinations while successfully recruiting over 1,000 sales professionals. A certified marketing professional and strategic think tank member, he combines sharp business acumen with a collaborative approach to growth.

A graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in International Business and Marketing, Alan’s career exemplifies a commitment to excellence, innovation, and helping others achieve remarkable success.
